Employee Development

A comprehensive learning, development and CPD certification pathway for all employees, builds the practical capability for Emotional Resilience. A fully facilitated process: live & catch-up web workshops, online learning modules and digital resources.

Workplace  Specialist 

A vocationally related qualification, to underpin existing workplace Health & Safety and Wellbeing. Comprehensive learning, development and competency assessment in Social Emotional Development Practice – regulated by Ofqual on the Regulated Qualifications Framework.

Assess, Benchmark & Review

Employers have the ability to evaluate and evidence all learning & development; benchmarking employee Emotional Resilience individually, or holistically.
